Tracking, proof of delivery & your portal
Every consignment we carry runs on a full transport management system, so you can see where your freight is, prove it arrived, and book the next one without picking up the phone.
Powered by TransVirtual
A real system, not a spreadsheet and a phone
Plenty of regional carriers still run on paper dockets and a whiteboard. We run on TransVirtual, the same transport management platform used by national carriers, which is how a business our size can give you the visibility you would expect from a much larger network.
It is also why we can act as the local agent for national express carriers: their freight data flows into our system and the scans flow back, in the format their network needs.

Scanned at every step
Freight is scanned on arrival, on load and at delivery. That is what makes the tracking real rather than an estimate.
What you get
On every consignment, as standard
Live tracking
A tracking number on every consignment, and a status that updates as your freight moves rather than once a day.
Electronic proof of delivery
Captured by the driver at the delivery point: who signed, when, and where. Attached to the consignment, so you can pull it up yourself.
Customer portal
Log in and see everything you have in the network at once, not one consignment at a time.
Book and label online
Create consignments and print labels yourself. Saved addresses and contacts mean repeat jobs take seconds.
Delivery notifications
Your receivers can be told what is coming and when, so fewer people ring you asking where it is.
Reporting
Delivery performance, volumes by area and period, and exceptions. Sent on a schedule if you want it that way.
Additional options
Things we can switch on for your account
None of this is forced on you and none of it costs you a separate system. Tell us how you work and we will turn on the parts that help.
Receiver notifications
Email or SMS in your name, so your customers hear about their delivery before they chase it.
System integration
Consignments flow straight from your own system or online store, with no re-keying.
Portal logins for your team
Your warehouse and your office can both see what is moving, without going through one person.
Scheduled reporting
Lands in your inbox weekly or monthly instead of being requested each time.
Label printing at your site
Freight is labelled before we arrive, so loading is quicker and nothing is mislabelled.
Delivery instructions on file
Gate codes, receiving hours and difficult access held once, so every driver has them.
Authority to leave
With a photo where you want it left, and a signature where you do not.
Reporting across both brands
One view of your freight if you use All Freight Carrying and Parcel Link.
Questions
Tracking & technology FAQs
How do I track my freight?
Every consignment gets a tracking number. Enter it on our tracking page to see where it is and what has happened to it. Account customers can also log in and see everything they have in the network at once.
What proof of delivery do I get?
An electronic proof of delivery on every consignment, recorded by the driver on a handheld device at the delivery point: who received it, when, and where. It is attached to the consignment and you can pull it up yourself without ringing us.
Can I book freight online?
Yes. Account customers create consignments and print labels from the portal, and your contacts and regular addresses are saved so repeat jobs take seconds.
Can you notify our customers when freight is coming?
Yes. We can send delivery notifications to your receivers so they know what is coming and when. Ask us to turn it on for your account.
Can your system talk to ours?
Often, yes. The platform supports integrations and an API, and we already exchange data with the national carriers we act for. Tell us what you run and we will look at it.
What reporting can I get?
Delivery performance over time, volumes by period and by area, and exception reporting on anything that did not go first time. We can set it to arrive on a schedule rather than you asking.
