Parcel and carton delivery by our own parcel network

Parcel Link is the parcel side of All Freight Carrying: a fleet of late-model vans on fixed daily runs out of our Yandina depot, each with its own driver and its own route. Satchels, cartons, multi-carton orders and the bulky items that national parcel networks refuse all travel the same way, sorted on our parcel carousel in the morning and out on that day’s runs across the coast, normally for delivery the next business day after pickup.

Carton delivery for trade and retail is where the network earns its keep. Stock to shops, parts to workshops, print to offices and supplies to sites, delivered by a driver who knows the receiver, the dock and the back door. Home deliveries get the same drivers, with photo proof for authority-to-leave and a GPS-stamped delivery time your customer can see.

Every parcel is scanned at pickup, at the depot and at delivery, and every scan status is checked daily, so a parcel that is held, futiled or unable to be accessed is followed up the same day rather than discovered a week later.

From Brisbane and from the coast

Overnight from Brisbane, daily on the coast

Parcels collected anywhere in Brisbane run north overnight and are delivered the next business day to the coastal centres, Nambour, Gympie and Caboolture. Hinterland, rural and island areas are delivered on set days each week, and on Bribie Island days the driver delivers to the island first so receivers with fixed hours are reached while they are open.

Sunshine Coast and Gympie senders get a standing daily pickup. The same driver collects your local parcels, your Brisbane parcels and your interstate freight in one visit, and the depot sorts them onto the right run, the Brisbane service or the national linehaul network.
