Retail delivery is a compliance job, not just a freight job
Supplying a major retailer is not like sending a pallet to a customer. Deliveries have to be booked into a slot, arrive inside a narrow window, and be presented exactly the way the distribution centre requires: pallet height and overhang, wrapping, labelling and paperwork all to standard.
Get any of it wrong and the load can be rejected at the gate, which means the cost of the delivery, the cost of getting it back, a non-conformance against your account, and a retailer who now has a gap on the shelf.
Most suppliers are good at making their product. Very few want to run a transport compliance function to go with it. That is the part we take on.

Collect and cross-dock
We collect from your site, or you deliver to our Yandina depot. Freight is cross-docked rather than sitting in storage you are paying for.
Sort and consolidate
Orders are sorted and held so several can go as one full, compliant delivery instead of several part loads.
Palletise to standard
Pallets built, wrapped and labelled to the receiving distribution centre’s requirements, with height and overhang right.
Book the delivery
We make the booking and take the slot that works for the run, so you are not chasing a portal or a phone queue.
Deliver in the window
The run is planned around the booked window, on our own vehicles with our own drivers.
Confirm it back
Scanning and proof of delivery on every consignment, so you know it landed and when.

Can you book our deliveries into the retailer’s system?
Yes. We make the delivery booking, deliver inside the window and confirm it back to you. You do not have to manage the portal or chase a slot.
Can you palletise our product to the retailer’s standard?
Yes. We receive loose cartons at our Yandina depot, build the pallets, wrap and label them to the retailer’s requirements, then deliver them.
What happens if a delivery slot is missed?
We plan the run around the booked window. If a slot cannot be met for any reason, we tell you before it becomes a problem and rebook it.
Can you consolidate several of our orders into one delivery?
Yes. That is the main reason suppliers use us. We hold and consolidate at Yandina so one vehicle delivers a full, compliant load instead of several part loads.
Do you deliver to distribution centres outside South East Queensland?
Yes. We consolidate and palletise at Yandina and send interstate deliveries through our national linehaul partners.
